About the Eezi-Slice bread knife:

The Eezi-slice Broad Blade knife has been designed to have a long, scalloped blade which will slice cleanly through the crispy crusts of whole loaves with ease, creating the perfect slice when used in conjunction with our bread slicing board.

In fact, our knife may be used for slicing any food with a tough exterior and soft centre such as salamis, tomatoes or sandwiches, as the broad blade serrated edge is perfectly suited to this task.

Our Stamped broad blade knife has been hand crafted using the finest Sheffield stainless steel to give the knife strength, durability and a long-lasting cutting edge.

The Broad blade knife has a triple-riveted wooden handle to provide a secure, comfortable grip ensuring slicing bread is made simple.

10 ½” long serrated knife with 1 ¾” wide broad blade and 4 ¾” wooden handle.
